There are many yoga postures that can be practised in 3 steps. 1st step is for beginners, 2nd for intermediate and 3rd for advance students. Aryan always tells when there is a posture for all levels and explains the steps. Stick to the step that's physically comfortable for you. Aryan is leading the class with alignments of each posture for better practice at home. So pay attention to details.

Yin Yoga is a very relaxing and calming practice. Postures are held for longer than in other types of yoga. Every posture is practiced for 3 minutes, there is a tone, that rings every 3 minutes to move on to the next posture or change the side. Staying in postures for a long brings faster flexibility, works on deep muscles and fascia.
